    • As the Managing Partner, I am tasked to build he firm’s client portfolio and execute administration and strategic plan and management of the entity,
    • Formulation of strategic management, best practices / guidelines, and professionalism in close collaboration with the team Senior Partners, Lawyers and staff at SMS Advocates.
    • Driving Efficiency Utilization Initiatives to allow professionalism and successful delivery of services in record time and standard to clients who are both large corporates or individuals.

    • Involved in several mega commercial contracts and agreements for Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) for restructuring of commercial debt portfolio sponsored by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Commonly known as World Bank) among other commercial transactions.
    • Represents the Kenya National Union of Teachers(KNUT) in the Dispute with the Teachers Service Commission agitating for improved terms and conditions of service with a team of other Senior Lawyers.

Limited(EAPCC) in several major commercial and land claims in various Courts in Kenya and particularly negotiations on ongoing cases on compulsory acquisition of land by the Government and eviction of squatters who have trespassed on the institution’s land that covers Nairobi, Kajiado and Machakos Counties,
    • Undertook are view and advice on Code of Governance for State Corporations; Mwongozo issued jointly by the Public Service Commission and the State Corporation’s Advisory Committee for Kenya Power & Lighting Company.
    • Involved in the Supreme Court Presidential Petition1 and 2 of 2017 representing one of the parties in the Supreme Court together with a team of lawyers,
    • Represented Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission(IEBC) before the Public Procurement and Oversight Authority in procurement matters as well as in various election petitions in the High Court and the Court of appeal.
