Hon. Onesmus Kipchumba Murkomen, EGH

Hon. Murkomen is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 15 years’ experience in transacting for proactive clients, public policy and legislative drafting. He has been at the forefront of the development of legislation and policy projects reflecting the growing sophistication and flexibility of cardinal areas of law and regulation. Besides being a Partner at the Firm, Murkomen has served as a Member of Parliament, in the Senate, for Elgeyo-Marakwet County rising up the ranks as Deputy Leader of Majority and Leader of Majority in the House, and currently the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Roads and Transport. Due to his engagement at the moment, Murkomen is on prorogation from the Firm.
