Korir Sing’oei Abraham

Dr. Sing’oei is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a renowned legislative drafter in Kenya. Dr. Sing’oei has worked on many county governments and the national government in the niche of legislative drafting and review. He has participated in legislative review of various bills of several county governments and has worked as the Chief Legal Advisor (Legislative Drafting and Review), Office of the Deputy President 2013 – 2022. Dr. Sing’oei is currently on prorogation from the firm following his appointment to serve in the Government of the Republic of Kenya, as the Prinicipal Secretary- Foreign Affairs.
